    THESE ARE THE FACTS GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If wlad could fight chisora and still fight haye in july with out haye being stripped this fight would still happen but haye would be stripped beening this fight would be pointless

It would be a great build up to see both fighters on the same card fighting their mandatories. Then set up a showdown for their fight. Wlad seems to have no problem with the timeline.

Incorrect. Haye could pay Chagaev step aside money just like Haye paid Ruiz money to step aside so he could face Valuev. Stop making sh** like that up :deal

My understanding is that mandatory obligations must be signed/fufiled once a year. Haye defended against Ruiz on April 3rd last year. That means if no unification bout is signed one year from that date Haye must defend against his mandatory or be stripped.
With Wlad fighting Chisora April 30th Haye has no option but to face his mandatory.

This is just best guess work under the rules laid down by the WBA, could someone tell me if I'm wrong here?

In my understanding the mandatory challenger has to *ASK* the sanctioning body to strip the belt holder if the belt holder doesn't fight him within 12 months. This isn't an automated process.

For these situations there are step-aside agreements when the mandatory challenger is offered money to "wait" an additional period of time before he makes use of his right to challenge. Haye paid Ruiz to step-aside in order to challenge Valuev and then fought Ruiz 6 months later, as stipulated in their step-aside agreement. Valuev was never stripped for failing to fight the mandatory challenger (Ruiz).

All this has been done dozens of time in boxing business history, I am not sure why exactly Haye and Booth haven't explored paying off Chagaev :think

Well they didn't have to. Wlad - Haye was as good as signed, no need to involve or even talk to Chagaev, it was K2 who at the last moment produced the Chisora bout.
Chagaev never entered the equation until the Chisora bout was announced and by that point it was too late. By April 3rd Haye has to have an agreement with Chagaev since there's no guarantee Wlad will still be champ after Chisora.

Not really.....makes much more sense to fight Vlad first.....if Haye fights and beats Vitali it will be very hard to get Vlad in the ring and even harder to sell to the public who regard Vlad as the weaker Russian.Respect Vitali he has balls but his brother Vlad is a chicken****.
