Why does it always seem that Pacquiao and Mayweather fans never like the same fighter

:yep there's not many to choose from nowadays, but mine are Katstidis and Ricky Hatton.

Anyone who's a rival to Pac is on the same side as Floyd fans.

i was a pac fan and i like ward, and cotto. now i'm just disspointed in both pac and mayweather and think there are other fighters that boxing fans should be paying more attention to than these two primadonnas.

Agreed. I'm a Floyd hater as well but I can only go as far as always rooting against him in his fights (and a few jokes about his life outside the ring). Sad thing is that there is no cesare version of a Floyd fan here.

:yep true but I would root for my countryman though if I liked him.
With kickboxing I dislike badr hari for example while I liked bonjasky eventhough he was more technical than the explosive badr hari who is an ******* basically.
I would root for wlad and vitali if they ended up fighting him in a few years perhaps, even if he is from my country.
I dont mind nationalistic fans though to be honest, I know you root for yanks like mexicans and rican fans do for their boxers.
I do the same for the national football team so it would be hypocritical of me to judge it I guess.
But with a sport like boxing I root for anyone I like regardless of where they are from or the color of their skin.
I went into the groves/degale hype with an open mind now im a fan of george while I think degale is a total classless *****, its just the person or the style that makes me like/dislike.

I've noticed that most Pacquiao fans aren't Valuev fans. Maybe because he's so technical and brings counter punching brilliance similar to Marquez.
