He weighed 170 for Pirog whereas he was 180 (possibly even more) when he fought GGG. He said he was 175 but if you believe that you're dumber than a box of rocks.

And people don't realize how hard he prepared for that fight or the measures he took to give himself the best possible chance of winning either.

He enlisted the help of Victor Conte and utilized lots of hi-tech equipment and modern training methods when training over in his SNAC gym.

He also went and did some training with Virgil Hunter and Ward. Probably used that neck strengthening machine thing Virgil has his fighters using and he did numerous sessions of one on one tactical advice from Ward on how to defeat GGG.

No stone was left unturned during preparation for that fight.

At what age do you stop growing? You don't keep getting bigger with age. Your muscles can increase to a certain degree with weight training but the rest has to come from PEDS. I know because I have weight trained since I was 14.

There are several medical articles on this subject. Your body goes through changes as it gets older. Your bones get wider and your body mass increases. You will never have the same body you had when you were 20.
