Good to see Bakole following in Joyce's footsteps fighting Joshua's leftovers from 6 years ago.

I personally don’t think Bakole is as good as some on here make him out to be.

As opposed to Joshua who's been fighting Whyte's and Gerald Washington's leftovers

A step backward here for bakole. You’d think that big win over yoka would’ve put him in pole position for a world title eliminator? Badly managed

He was signed to Boxxer but not sure what’s happened there after only one fight in Poland.

Bakole was offered the rematch against Michael Hunter but declined to face Carlos Takam. I know it was a big opportunity to be on a big show but I don’t understand it.
Difference being Joshua has taken some losses and needs to rebuild his confidence. And what you said makes no sense as a lot of people has Franklin beating Whyte and Helenius was a late replacement.

Joshua can be packaged up in any shape or colour but the bottom line is that he is protecting his chin for a final PPV Loot Grab.

He has never and will never beat a genuine World Heavywieght Champion belt holder in the ring.

He ducked Wilder due to money and he is ducking Zhang because he is terrified of ending up like Joe Joyce.

There is no rebuild for a limited fighter in his thirties when he was never a genuine elite fighter before the defeats.

Bakole is clearly never going to get a title shot. He isn’t marketable and he doesn’t have the right management.

Seen hundreds of promising HWs fight a bit at an Ok level. Never getting a shot. Then walking away from the sport to do something else.

He is also way older than 30, you can add 7-8 years to that. So his biological clock is ticking and he is already past his physical prime.

Franklin arguably beat Dillian Whyte. Tony Yoka was never that good and then lost to Carlos Takam straight afterwards.

He probably needs to go the mandatory route. Worse fighters than him have got shots

You must have misinterpreted what I've said Billy ?

I replied to someone saying it was little reward for a high risk fight.... which I think is fair comment.

Franklin is a small heavyweight who went the distance with Dillian Whyte... on the back of doing that he was brought in "as a name" for AJ to look good against and get rid of... which he didn't.

Martin is a big unit that stands a chance of winning lol... but unfortunately for one reason or another, he doesn't bring the ££££ to the table. Hence the high risk low reward.
