Why does Khan think he can dictate unification process

What I'm saying is that Khan is in no position to be dictating the terms of who should fight who. He's not on Bradley's level at all. And I don't think he and Alexander are about even because you left out the fact that Khan was pole-axed ni less than a minute by a journeyman lightweight. He's not faced a serious puncher since then, while Alexander just wasted a serious heavy-handed pressure guy that had never been stopped. Khan is the least proven of the lot, he needs to sit back and let it come to him instead of telling everyone how it all should play out.

Well people were complaining Khan doesnt want to get in with knock out artist like Maidana. So to satisfy them and prove himself he says he will take on Maidana. Now people are complaining why he wants to taken on Maidana and why not Alexander or Bradley next LOL!
Had he mentioned he wants Alexander or Bradley next you lot would be complaining about how hes ducking Maidana. :rofl

If your annoyed by a fighter suggesting that he takes on his mandatory (also the 4th best in the divison) next, and then takes on the WINNER of Alexander/Bradley, for the right to decide who is undisputed king of the division, then i do not understand your logic.

Khan isnt dictating, hes suggesting, Kellerman asked for his future plans and Khan said he wanted to clear up the division, whats the problem there?

Yes, Khan was beaten in 1 round by Prescott, well spotted, i dont think that gets mentioned enough when discussing Khan do you? :-((
If you think the lighweight Khan, led by Jorge Rubio, is the same as the light welter led by Freddie Roach, then you need to watch the Kotelnik, Barrera, Salita and Malignaggi fights then compare it to Limond and Prescott.

In no means am i saying Khan is unbeatable. I think he is very beatable. But a day after a one sided pummeling of a classy, high level light welter, your here complaining about his post fight interview?

You say he has not faced a serious puncher, but when he calls out Maidana, you complain. Your contradicting yourself man!

Also, you make Alexanders win over Urango sound like a win over a monster, when we all saw him get outboxed by Ricky Hatton.

Isn't maidana injured anyways? Isn't that the reason why he pulled out of the bradley fight. I don't mind khan fighting someone else if maidana still can't fight as long as khan fights someone legit.

-Bradley and Alexander are more proven: agreed.

Khan isn't dictating anything though. He just made a suggestion. Regardless of what Khan says, any boxing fan would want to see Alexander and Bradley get it on. It's the biggest fight at 140, just like Pacquiao-PBF is the biggest at 147. It would be one hell of a fight.

I can't argue with people who put words in my mouth that I didn't say, and then argue against that. So just have it your way dumbass.

Stop being overly sensitive or imagining things. He doesn't want to dictate things, a 140lbs tournament was HBO's idea a few months back and Khan only commented that it'd be still nice to see it happening. Everybody said Khan is ducking Maidana, but now that he's calling him out, Chino is a some B-level fighter and the easy path for Amir? Maybe Khan understands that both Alexander and Bradley are running their mouth and both looking for an opponent, so he came up with a solution, a great one I have to say. Calm down now.

Its because he ducked Maidana. But secondly he would have a hell of a time beating both Alexander and Bradley whom I would favor heavily over him.

He doesn't want any part of Bradley or Alexander. He better put it off as long as he can and hope they both lose a step in the mean time.

Nice suggestion, but... Kahn doesn't want it.

Exactly, plus we should not overstate Khan's influence here. Khan probably has little say over who he fights at this stage, he has to appease both GBP and HBO.

Khan - Maidana wouldn't have been a big enough fight to headline a HBO card, enter Paulie.

    :huh

Shouldn't the one seed fight the four seed and the two seed fight the three seed? And why is Khan rated above Alexander?
