Why does Khan want to be Number 2?

I agree with PK somewhat.

If Khan has a couple of good wins, he IS a bigger name than Ward, and that will probably continue, I know people on here love to unzip their trousers, pull out their cocks and wank off to footage of Andre Ward, before logging in and wanking over post's bashing Khan, but the fact is, to the general, paying punter (not a thousand people online who use illegal streams) Andre Ward is a boring fighter that they won't buy a ticket to see.

It's not like Ward is Pacquiao, a hugely entertaining fighter, able to sell tens of thousands of tickets and shift a million PPV's, he sells a couple thousand tickets and is on regular HBO, he won't be massivley prioritized over Khan

 

Being no 2 with Hunter is still better than having his coaching outsourced to 5ft 2 Filipino

I agree with a lot of this. I Don't think with hunter it will be a number 1/2 problem though as he isn't training a huge number of other star fighters to my knowledge (Roach has Pac, Chavez, Linares etc). Also he won't be in other countires as Ward only fights in the states and, I say this meaning as little offense as possible, however good Roach may have been he has a serious ****ing condition and his ability as a trainer will slip (or has been slipping).

Andre Ward is not a marketable fighter, he has no mass appeal and has a very small following.

He may well be talented, but he is not as exciting as Amir Khan. Most the people on here bigging him up, are not really excited by him ether..? Nobody has hardly spoken about Andre Ward since his last performance. There has been very few threads about Andre Ward, there is just nothing interesting about the kid.

Amir Khan win, lose, or draw is probably the most exciting fighter in boxing.

Andre Ward is just a good talented fighter, Amir Khan is a boxing brand. People are obsessed with ether bashing Amir Khan, or just in general analysing his every move and statement he makes.

Business wise he's on a totally different level to Andre Ward.

Who's Andre Ward fighting next..? What's he been upto of late..? Nobody cares...
