Why does mayweather insist on fighting these limited Japanese fighters nobody has ever heard of?

    Same reason he fought Mcgregor, easy money.

    He does it as fools are willing to pay him, hes not called Money Mayweather for no reason.

    What's difficult to understand about it?

    He's admittedly said himself that he's slipped and he's over 40 years old now. If there is demand in the Asian market for him to make millions fighting those types of fighter then it's an absolute no brainer....

    At least it’s an actual boxer this time. But the Mayweather effect on boxing is evident to see. Oscar is using an almost exact copy of the strategy for Canelo and 147 aside from Pacquiao.
