Why does Mike Tyson not get any criticism for his PED useage ?

BS, there were plenty of big and tall ass ripped heavies. Tyson in comparison was short, ripped, and dense bundle fast twitch muscle.

Hermes was the god of speed. I think that is what really separated Tyson from everyone else. They all had strength and power, but Tyson had SPEED, together with his hyper reflexes, dancing that damn Dempsey roll, head bobbing, delivering lightning uppercuts...

Someone cue that underrated Tyson defense vid.

Mike Tyson was amazing, he was an explosive machine, no wonder many opponents **** themselves when they saw him warm up or shadow box!

here are some quotes from Mike on PEDs
"No, no. All the fighters are on it, the ones that can afford it are on it. That’s my opinion only, I haven’t seen nobody do it but it’s common knowledge."

“What would you do differently if you could start training all over again?”

"Growth hormones. I would’ve used the growth hormones like the rest of the athletes."

maybe a thinly veiled admission of sorts? but 220lbs of lean muscle on a 5'10 frame is almost unheard of naturally, nigh on impossible.

he was a beast for a 15 year old too but he was under the care of Cus D'amato by then and he was a wiley ole fox to be fair!
I remember years ago reading one of Tyson's autobiographies where he mentioned Cus would give him some vitamins which helped his strength and energy.
Hulk Hogan and Arnie used to say the same thing about their beloved vitamins!

but not sure if Tyson started early. One thing im relatively sure of is he took PEDs (AAS rather GH i'd guess) later on at least as did everyone else.
Too easy to pop a few halotestin and winstrol tabs when testing was so poor back then.
