Why does Oscar work with Arum?

For the same reason why many boxers still sign with Don King, they have no other better options.
King and Arum have been in the business for so long, they know all the right palms to grease and officials to bribe in order to get a favourable outcome.
On a longer scale, this is why The US and UK work with Israel. Israel knows exactly who to bribe or whitemail to get their way.
