It's just by chance these guys Pacquiao faces coming off a loss but everyone knew they are tough to fight with. I guess it's just a natural thing in every fighter to choose a good tune up fight and go for big fights which draw fans attention and money.

some people, esp mayweather fans, just won't give pac credit, and the excuse...??? because of the pac nuthuggers.:patsch

so if you follow their line of thinking, barrera and morales where old and marquez was floored by a lucky punch..three times in 1 round. all three where badly beaten by a nobody from the philippines who got nothing special in him, and he is not worth mentioning coz he can't do anything that would contribute to the boxing world.

maybe if pac went after the other fighters and ko'ed them (guzman, valero, soto), people will say he should've fought the greats erik morales and marco antonio barrera because they are the best fighters in the division...

Dude has a point. Pac's good, but he needs to stop beating up on guys who are on the downturn.

By the time Pac rematches JMM, JMM will be using a cane to get around and weight 200lbs, with grey hair.

certainly they are. they are very ignorant and knows nothing of boxing except pac and support him just because of a couple of wins against over-the-hill fighters like barrera and morales. :nut

Pac should be fighting Soto soon and I can assure you that Soto just came off of a win (I witnessed it in person) against Pac's brother no less. So if he wins this he should quiet the naysayers although I'm not at all sure he will.

AMAZING, we finally have a fighter who is exciting, gives us all action, is good for boxing and we have to bash him. It's true, if he fought Guzman/Valero/Soto, they would have been nobodies and he should have fought Barrera/Morales. Manny does not make his own fights, he just fights who is put in front of him. I seem to remember he was given no chance against barrera, he was fighting out of his weight class and destroyed him, then barrera went on to beat Juarez 2x's but he was "shot" when Manny beat him.

:good IT'S GREED. WITHOUT A DOUBT THIS FIGHT WILL BE EXCITING, THATS ALL THAT MATTERS TO ME. IF ANYTHING WE SHOULD PRAISE PAC FOR GIVING MAB THE CHANCE TO AVENGE HIS BEAT DOWN AND THEN RIDE IN TO THE HALL OF FAME.

This is another display of the ESB Double Standards policy. Mayweather fights for 20 million vs a Champion Oscar De la Hoya yet hes ducking Antonio Margarito,Shane Mosley,Miguel Cotto. Pacquiao continues to fight guys coming off losses who arent Champions (Barrera-Pacquiao 2 is a dam good fight though) When should be trying to erase that draw with JMM or fighting Valero,Guzman,Soto. Barrera is a tough fight but if Pacquiaos so ****ing great and takes the toughest challenges why does money even matter why does he go after a guy getting on in years he already beat ? I smell a rat.
