Nobody gets dumped on more and is treated with more disrespect in this sport than Jermain Taylor. He's going to surprise everyone by not only winning against Pavlik, but by eventually "growing" into the role of champion. Be patient with him, he's a work in progress and is slowly developing into a great fighter. This is of course, just my opinion, but I truly believe that Taylor has his best days ahead of him.

Taylor's future was eclipsed by Hopkins past I believe... Even though both Taylor's wins over B-Hop were never questioned by the boxing activity itself ( and scoring system), hard would be his job to live up to the 10 year reign of a man with 20 successful title defences up until then ( unifying the IBF, WBC, WBA and WBO middleweight championships against men such as Tito and Oscar) but not only did he not knock out the 40 year older, he also got hurt from the ninth round on ( first fight) and was caught too many times in the rematch... Then, Winky Wright getting in from right-field with that right jab over his low left guard of his in his way to a draw, 5'9'' tall Kassim Ouma driving him to the corners and Cory Spinks selected to be the third consecutive lefty, former light middleweight titlist to face him and losing by a split decision didn't help him either... Lou DiBella/Bernard's sub-plot have a lot to do with it, you can call it the "curse" of the "Executioner" if you want, Taylor can redeem himself now though, beating a young gun, 25 year old Kelly Pavlik in a position he knew to be his three years ago or else in the end, he may feel the ghostly presence of Bernard for some time more to come...

bhop beat taylor in the 1st fight or very worst a draw.
bhop vs taylor 2, i will say jt won that fight, but get the fight right the 1st time and there should not be a rematch.
winky beat jermain 7rds to 5rds, it was not a draw at all.all they talk about is that last round, winky did not do much that round but taylor did not either.

spinks out boxed taylor, who taylor should have koed in 4rds.spinks ran the whole fight but he let his hands go outlanding taylor every rd imo.thats why manny was so upset in that fight he knew taylor had blew it big time.theres no way cory would have went all 12 like he did if taylor was outlanding him.

ouma was koed by roman at 154 in the 2nd round, a guy that does not hit very hard at that weight.taylor hit him with everthing but the kitchen sink, **** that i think he hit him with that as well.never once did he stun, hurt or let alone drop ouma in that fight.taylor already considered being a big middle weight and little ouma a jr middle weight.

so ever since he got that gift over bhop he has not represented mw championship like he should be.when bhop was on top he had all the belts and you had to see him if you wanted them.and if bhop could not ko his man he whooped that ass all night long.

taylor will fight anyone but i think he has been getting buy beating fighters alot smaller then him and over powering guys alot smaller then him.

gifts and lackluster performances is why people hate on jt.and its not just the people on esb but everywere, his own home town hates on him.you seen the build up the local radio station was even dissing him.so i know im not crazy for thinking the way i think cause im not the only one that thinks it.and he has alot of people in his own damn homwtown that feel the same freaking way.

now if taylor blows out kelly pavlik like he should then codos to him but at the sametime i will be thinking is about god damn time.it will take a few good fights from taylor for me to get on his bandwagon.caue all the **** he has done id rather bhop still be on top of the mw divison with 25 title defences but that was runied by punk ass judge ford.

its very very hard for me to like taylor very hard.and im a mayweather fan so thats ****ed up aint it !?!
