Why does the British title seem to be worth more then the Commonwealth

    Says alot about a title when the Yanks are in awe of it. It's like the F.A Cup really it's got the history and the great design plus the fact it brings out the best in fighters.

    I swear i would rather have a Lonsdale for keeps than any other belt.

    I found an article on it once, simply amazing........or maybe Gazoc found it :huh

    because the british title usually means you are the best in britain barring of course world class fighters

    the commonwealth "rainbow" belt has no relevance to those 54 countries what a joke it is

    I've always wondered if that mythical Ghanaian television league actually exists, or if all the UK promoters got together once in a darkened room and made it up to give a bit of credence to these bums that get brought over.

    I'll give 60 gazillion internetz points to whoever can provide concrete proof it exists.:good

    Its the whole history thing with the British title.You know you are in good company when you get the Brit belt.I do think it sounds good when a guy is British and commonwealth champ but just commonwealth dont have the same ring to it.
