Why does the Media Keep Referring to Floyd-Berto as a bust??

For Showtime it was an unmitigated financial disaster.

For the fans it was a blatant mismatch and a boring fight. It reminded me of one of those "staged" retirement fights where an old vet gets handed a bum to go out on a winning note.

For boxing in general it was a bad night.

The only winner in this affair was Floyd and he didn't do much for his legacy with this farcical matchup other than keep his zero intact.
