True, but call me naive, I don't believe Jacobs is a juicer. That being said, I would prefer VADA testing for all, especially if at least ONE participant is involved already. Jacobs not being in the program isn't proof he's on something. It's more proof that PBC just doesn't give a damn. But he COULD come in looking like Scotty Steiner, I think 3G would still win.
