Why does Ward use GGG's name but duck him when pressured to fight?

    Ward just keeps saying his name but when GGG offered him a fight he ran like the chicken he is. He just want s to use his name for attention but knows if he actually fought him he'd get stretched out in under 5 rounds

    Negotiation started at 164 and Ward ran, 164 was to submit to Wards demand of a 50/50 split. Why did Ward offer to go to 160 for Floyd but duck GGG?
