Why does weight class not aplly to Floyd?

Floyd is a superlative fighter. People want him to keep moving up in weight because at his weight, he is all but untouchable.

 

i mean thats just speculation but for arguments sake lets say thats true that would mean the weight difference for floyd - canelo is larger


i think we can all safely assume the weight difference would be about the same

 

Let's be real here. All this noise is coming from a cast of all too predictable characters. Other people have thrown Pac into the mix so we can use him as an example. Pac has fought 3 guys coming off losses in the last 3 years. These are 'brave and heroic challenges for legendary Pacman' if you ask his fans. Meanwhile, Floyd hasn't fought a guy coming off a loss in over 9 years and he is a 'cherry picker fraud coward' from the same simpletons.

The people calling for a GGG fight said he'd duck Canelo. They said he'd duck Guerrero (lol...) They've become desperate since Pac's star has been fading fast. They were ready to declare Donaire P4P #1 if he had beat Rigo, then they could crow that Donaire is the true P4P #1 and Floyd is undeserving. Their levels of desperation are at an all-time high since they started watching the sport in 08/09.

They could be on here arguing that Ward is the true #1 P4P and make a strong case, but we know that isn't on their agendas. The reality of this is that the people saying this are mad their boy got ktfo and are desperate to see his nemesis get the same (don't count Canelo out just yet kiddos).

 

I don't quite see your point, but if you are claiming that by fight time Canelo will outweigh Mayweather by 18 - 20 lbs I totally agree.

I think it is plain to see in the fight Marvin is the much bigger guy in every department. Upper body, arms, legs, the whole works. I'd say he was a lot nearer L / Heavy than Middle in the ring that night.

 

The difference between Floyd and Duran is that Duran was broke and stupid, Floyd is neither.
