Confused Boxing Fan!? Help! I just need a little bit of clarity,
it’s okay for AJ/Hearn to make Wilder fight Whyte first before Joshua?!? They are flexing that A side muscle but when Floyd did that to Pacquaio the same thing you guys looked at Floyd like he was crazy... why is that?! Also Whyte being Wilders mando means nothing. Wilder can put that **** off for atleast two years with ease. /shrug

Because all he's ever fought are stiffs or overrated old men like Stiverne and Ortiz. Time for this FRAUD to face a real fighter.

He needs to fight him because hes about to be announced as Mandatory. Joshua wont be ready to fight again till late summer. Wilder is looking at fighting in June/July. whyte will be ready, why not fight Whyte for a career high purse?

It makes all the sense in the world too fight Whyte if the Joshua fight is not made next which is very unlikely.

If he doesnt fight Whyte its a duck.

He needs to start real negotiations with Hearn and fight AJ. But if that fails then a summer fight with Whyte is a welcome proposition.

Hearn can't make Wilder do ****. But Wilder has been milking that WBC belt fighting a series of absolutely pathetic contenders sanctioned by the crooked WBC. If the WBC finally make a good fighter mandatory, and Wilder sidesteps him, doesn't look great. Of course, if he sidesteps him for Joshua, then he'd be beyond reproach, and there's enough money in Joshua-Wilder that this is what will happen. So the WBC will probably force a "final eliminator" on Whyte.

I think it would be nice in London to help build Joshua-Wilder.

With that said no not really and Whyte will be out finessed and KO'd. Wilder and White are two of my favorite heavyweights so I don't really want either to lose sucks. Wilder will outbox and stop Whyte Brutally

When did AJ and Wilder fanboys get so girly and emotional?

I think all sides should push for the best fight possible, without mind games, and that's for all the belts. If that falls apart without fake-ass reasons, sure, Wilder-Whyte should suffice. Isn't Povetkin up for an AJ shot? Or Pulev? Would sign up for both B-fights if A-side (not the meth) falls apart. Ppl. just need to be less emotional and perhaps a little patient.

Yeah probably his height and range and his unorthodox way makes him dangerous but I would like to see how Wilder copes with someone getting inside and making it ugly.
I do think Whyte could fold him over with those body shots but the trade off is so risky as Wilder just puts folk to sleep with his right.

I think Whyte is probably Wilders best option moneywise if Joshua is not available.

Eddie Hearn keeps parroting that Wilder needs to build his profile by fighting Whyte.

Meanwhile Whyte can't sell out an arena on home soil.

AJ and Hearn are quacking, plain and simple.

Looking purely at dates and prospective fights:
Wilder fought Ortiz in early March - ready to fight again by late June/July - no fight in the pipeline.

Whyte fought Browne in late March - ready to fight again by late June/July - no fight in the pipeline.

Joshua & Parker fight on the last day of March - possibly ready to fight again by mid July depending on the brutality of their contest - also July is a probable rematch dependent on competitiveness of the fight irrespective of who wins - Ready to go again in Dec/Jan

So looking at that and considering that Whyte is Wilders mandatory defence it makes sense for Wilder v Whyte in June with the winner facing the winner of Joshua v Parker 2 in early 2019 at Wembley or the Principality Stadium with the roof closed at whichever.

He’s about to be announced as his mandatory which like it or not means Whyte has deserved this fight.

It’s a career high payday and it boosts his profile which in turn helps him with AJ negotiations.

If shirley winkle or any other of Wilder’s management team had anything about them they’d get this career high pay day signed off and include an obligatory shot at AJ once victorious.
