It's all good, don't take any of them too seriously. We can use a few more real pros here to debate with. You're always entitled to your opinion.

I think Vitali and maybe Wladimir may have tried some performance enhancers in the past but I'm fairly certain they're clean now. They don't look like the average roided freaks that you see in the WWE bull****.

BTW, The Poster CHEF really is the training camp manager for Wladimir Klitschko & he's sometimes the personal chef & for Vitali too. You two should get along very well given the experiences you've had around these guys. Carry on.............

They are not ectomorphs, more like mesomorphs. Hell; They both have like 18 inch forearms. They look lean because that is how a boxer should look so their sport specific training produces that desired result.

If they were training to be defensive ends they would both weigh around 300 lbs.

You definitely seem like you have some axe to grind against Eastern European athletes.

Mesomorphs? Yeah right. They may look like mesomorphs now thanks to PED. Look at early photos of them. Classic ectomorphs. Tall, skinny, and long limbs. 18" forearms. Yeah sure. So his forearm is bigger then his upper arm? Interesting.

you have to take into account the fact that those pro wrestlers engage in heavy weight training. There training protocol is entirely different then a pro boxers. If you saw what a world class fighter goes through in preparation for a 12 round fight you would be amazed how anyone could gain lean mass while enduring that kind of training. I could see if they came into came at 260-270 and came down to to 240-250, but to gain lean mass in camp. I would be shocked. If they are some how able to do that then god bless them.

American athletes are the biggest abusers of PED's, without exception! They have failed more IOC drug tests over the past twenty years tha all Eastern European countries combined.

Most athletes at the highest level cheat. No matter what country you are talking about. What I said was not an attack on other countries. It was meant to illustrate the fact that if we had Victor Conte making undetectable PED here in the states then logic dictates it is going on all over the world.

So here we have an professional boxer with an ectomorphic body type fighting and average of roughly 8 fights a year and some how manages to gain 24lbs of lean mass while training yearly near round to compete in professional boxing matches. It is a FACT that gaining 10-12 lbs in a year would be considered oustanding gains for a dedicated natural bodybuilder. In fact... the longer an athlete trains the less responsive there body will become to training. Meaning the longer you train the harder it becomes to gain lean mass. Yet somehow Wladimir has defied the laws of human physiology and managed to gain 27 lbs of muscle without weight training, or PED.
Also there is a great difference between gaining weight, and gaining lean mass. Wladimirs weight gain appears to be all lean mmuscle tissue. Where as it is obvious that Lennox's weight gain was more consistent with the normal weight gain men get as they age. His weight gain was not all lean muscle like Wladimir's was.
Having a six pack does not mean you are in shape. What is your BMI? Can you bench your own weight. How many chinups can you do? Can you run a mile? If so how long does it take? Often times being in shape has little do do with outward appearance. It is more accurate to judge your fitness level based on how your body performs.

Fact he was what 21 and not fully matured Karl Malone gained what 20-25 pounds over his career i guess he must of been on ped's to :patsch:roll: Most people including athaletes even in boxing end up 10 lbs heavier and thats in the smaller weight classes. where they do their damndest to keep at the same weight... hell Floyd was what 17 lbs more now then when he was in his early 20's look out it must be PED's afterall he is 5'8 there is no way someone who is 6'6 almost a foot taller can gain 25lbs so maybe you should get your **** strait especially if you are a "trainer" :deal

Someone who is 6'6 as well as 5'6 and in their early 20's will gain mass as they age and stay in shape especially compared to their latter 20's and more so they do not have to make a certain weight to compete..

When was it claimed that wlad has never weight trained again :deal especially when you can see pics of him lifting weights. :patsch

And if he gained 10-12 lbs a year over that time a four year span he would weigh a minimum of 260 lbs so maybe you should try some actual ****ing FACTS. or quit doctoring things to make a point when you really have none his weight has increased what an average of around 6 lbs a year for 4 years while he was maturing and has been pretty consistent for 10+ years after yeah he must be on the juice no way his body had matured.... :yep

His weight has increased gradually over the years and has PEAKED in the mid 240's you know something you say body builders do they hit a peak then its harder to gain mass... has his weight kept on increasing No...

Quite frankly i think you are full of shitt and talking out of your ass you have an agenda and are willing to distort things to make it.... Out of curiosity they say body builders peak at 32 years of age are they larger then they were in their early 20's i would say yes....

    as are most athaletes..
look at their weight when they came out of college and compare it when they enter their prime they will almost always be larger.... but hey your an expert and already know that right:deal

And me I work in the real world play basketball several times a week even against college and occasionaly nba players for the jazz. Do i know my BMI or any of the other stupid **** you said no why the hell would I i dont need to do those things to prove im in shape and quite frankly could care less... I do know that i school a lot of weight lifters relatively easily and can run a lot longer and harder then they can when playing ball :deal
