Why doesn’t Spence get criticism

Spence is pretty much irrelevant in the sport at the moment.

The next good/great welter will easily be able to eclipse the resumes of both Spence and Crawford. Both will be forgotten very quickly.

 

I felt from the beginning Fury never likened the idea of facing Usyk & after his hope of AJ beating Usyk failed it has left him right back where he started & that's just one point of reason, but after all the hissy fit hopefully it will be signed,

Either way you have to have other shows, sports, hobbies on standby because when it comes to following Boxing you will be disappointed year in & year out.

Danny Garcia in particular literally lost to porter in a close fight

It's because we know Spences time is up. There aren't many criticisms because not many care to criticise

He will get dethroned soon. He was a good fighter, but he was boring, never got undisputed locked down, got some wear in tears from those accidents and it's just too late for him to make a difference.

The spotlight is on the younger guys now

 

That sounds like a personal problem. I don't know who they is but actually take a look. Nobody on this forum cares about Spence. Besides undisputed, nobody makes threads talking about what they think about his career such as they do with Taylor, Fury, Canelo, Stevenson, Haney, Beterbiev, etc. This is why you don't see any criticism of Spence.

I personally think he should move up since he failed to make undisputed and seems to be at a standstill in his career but it isn't just a select fanbase thats the problem here. People on this forum that do hate spence usually don't talk about him either
