i can understand why he'd possibly ignore someone like salido, but why wait around for lopez when there are big names like jhonny gonzalez, chris john,Hasegawa, mickey garcia,Caballero. guys like john and hasegawa could attract a crowd, seems like he knows he can get beat as soon as he steps up

Dib knows every one of the guys you named would take him to the cleaners! Billy will milk his paper title for all it is worth by fighting Thai and Pinoy chumps before his local criminal element fan base! **** him!

Dib's looking to move up and 'become a legend' >>>

AUSTRALIA'S IBF featherweight champion Billy Dib says he could move up in weight division as soon as next year as he chases his dream of becoming a legendary fighter.

The 26-year-old Sydneysider, whose record stands at 34-1, on Wednesday revealed Sydney as the venue for his third title defence against a yet-to-be finalised Mexican challenger on July 6.

"It's definitely (against) a Mexican. We're looking at a few of them - we just haven't made the exact choice in who will get the opportunity to fight for the title," said Dib.

John was mentioned but he gets big money in Indo and Dib can't afford to get him here.

 The last time John knocked anyone out Teke only followed 1 Rugby league team. He would more than likely outpoint him though.
