I had 4 boxing matches and countless wrestling matches, going as far as nationals, so I know very well what emotional turmoils one has to conquer to maintain composure in the ring. I remember losing 10 pounds overnight due to sheer stress of fighting an opponent 20 pounds heavier and 8 years younger than me, and frankly, him being heavy handed was my main concern. I was never afraid of technicians like Lara because worst case scenario, you get outpointed. With knockout-artists you have a very real chance of getting seriously hurt - or worse. Golovkin represents both - a technically sound fighter with incredible punching power, which is why he is ducked.
