"One of the best pure boxers you will ever see".....

    Hilarious.

He's a domestic level Tyson Fury.

3 years ago this line of thinking as blasphemy. I guess now it's OK to play letter games. A side/B side went out with cassette tapes. I didn't like it when Floyd did it and I don't like it today.
Whatever happen to just making big money fights ASAP? Ever since Ray Leonard fighters have been doing this stupid ****.

GGG syndrome = the golden child
*Doesn't have to prove anything or fight anyone because they are the greatest fighter since forever.
*Gets free passes for anything and everything in negotiations, if you want to fight GGG you have to bow to his every command, if you don't want to you are a coward
*Wins every fantasy match up easier than anyone in history

    "Bums"?

He KO'd a guy in his 13th fight who had never been KO'd before, having gone the distance with Vitali, Tyson Fury and even went the distance with Pulev after he lost to Joshua.

He fought the most recent Heavyweight ATG before his twentieth professional fight.

He's fought more top 10 opponents than both Parker and Wilder combined....
He's actually fought more opponents that have been in World championship fights than Parker and Wilder have top 10 opponents combined....

Hughie Fury is unproven/has a light resume and when he did step up against Parker he showed no plan B. Then cried robbery.

To say he is "one of the best pure boxers you will ever see" on that evidence is just pure idiocy and therefor this thread is ******ed.

Who are all of these top 10s?
Wlad was 41yo and hadn't had a win for more than 2 years and had been schooled in has last fight.

AJ can fight whoever he wants so obviously he is held to a higher standard anyway. Wilder and Parker can't pick and choose like him, they don't have the financial backing.

Wilder especially has been ducked for the longest time.

It's just Parker fans trying to justify why he looked so so poor in the fight.

Neither had a plan B in all honesty and both looked no better than domestic level.

    Wilder has been 'ducked'?

He was the one that ducked the two legacy fights of Haye and Wlad.

Joshua's 'financial backing' didn't just appear out of thin air.

He earnt it through his olympic success and the fact he was willing to take fights against opponents that Wilder didn't in the same stage of his career.

Hughie blew his opportunity by not coming to fight. Even the English judge couldn't find him rounds.

Because Parker has a title and he’s trying to give Jashua the opportunity to unify. He’s lining up Whyte to fight Wilder as a prelim to a full unification super fight between Wilder and Joshua in 2018. It’s a bigger fight if it’s a full unification bout vs having 3 champions running around the heavyweight division claiming they’re the man.

Because Beyonce is the bigger name and will sell more ppv, at least Hearn thinks so. Is a big fan of her dance routines, like the bum squad chicken walk.

I'm a Parker fan but I work quite hard to be objective. Hughie Fury was no Ali-reincarnate but seriously... I just can't see how people rate him so high aside from being a loud mouth and having a **** load of heart. I am certainly not calling him a bum, he probably belongs in the top twenty somewhere.... Just.

I keep seeing the same stuff from him, running low on fuel after the 3rd round and whatever form and pace he had hints of in the first two slip seriously... Then his power starts really slipping a few rounds after that if the fight is still going.

If he fights anyone like Breazeale level or better who can keep him off them and/or soak his attack at the start and then just keep a steady work rate then Whyte is going to just drop out of the fight. I would love Hughie Fury versus Whyte, there is no way Hearn would allow it and you certainly don't see Whyte calling for it. If anyone thinks Parker came out looking bad - it will be shocking and I can hear the calls of "If the Hughie that fought Whyte faced Parker then Parker would have been KO2" or something equally typically British logic.

Also what hasn't been made so obvious in the media... If accurate... Is Duco HAVE done something which Wilder has done and have put their own offer for a fight with AJ. I doubt Hearn would go for it but at the end of the day there are communications going on with intent there. If that doesn't work out then I get the feel Duco are aiming for bigger fish than Whyte, like Jennings and Browne.

Whyte is only relevant to British fans, the fight really has little interest or reward to most people and little reward to Parker... Or Wilder for that matter.

Styles make fights and Whyte definitely can't box like Hughie

Whyte would be more willing to trade which is probably an easier style for Parker because he looked like he struggled with the defensive style Hughie brung; as most ppl would when someone's so tall and a good boxer
