I think its just because he knows he doesnt have to. If he knows he doesnt have to, then why go out of his way to weigh himself - then have even more ppl dribble on about him beating on small guys. Im not 100% sure, but I think he weighed himself on the night against Castillo both times they fought and was 9 pounds lighter than Castillo both times.
He did it once against Marquez and all of a sudden Floyd is known to not like to weigh himself on fight.
