Why doesn't fury threaten wilder with libel?

Exactly, same with Joshua. It’s just greed causing the delay.

    It is weird though.

From the rumours starting a while back about Tyson being ring rusty and needing a tune up fight before AJ, to John Fury saying on camera that there's no money in the fight to Tyson Fury giving imaginary deadlines to Eddie and Frank and Bob sitting there, twiddling their thumbs.

It makes you think who actually wants this fight?

The Furys are definitely about the money. Don't let that 'we're real fighting men' nonsense fool you.

That's why after the Wilder draw in the first fight, Fury went out and sold his name to whatever he could sell it to.

He became a desperate slut in need of attention and money just so he could capitalise from the Wilder fight.

Whilst I agree with the first paragraph to a degree, especially as Tyson preaches so much about how money doesn't matter to him (give it away then, Tyson), I think the reason he took those two fights after the Wilder fight was to get himself prepared for the beating he gave Wilder 14 months later.

Yet they won't give Edward the payday, you'll see.

One thing about all this is Fury fans used to slag off AJ about how fake he is and it’s all a persona. When Fury is the worse one out there. “I’ll fight any man anytime anywhere”....as long as he’s ridiculously well paid and ideally has a warm up fight before it lol ffs

No doubt, they both 100% want the fight. It just seems AJ and his team want it more as the NEXT fight. Even John Fury has said that Hearn is doing everything he can to make it happen.

Boom! He's a talking man, not a fighting man.

And, yet, it seems you'd rather he waits around for several more months on end until Hearn delivers AJ, rather than go off and set up an actual fight.
See, he can't win. If he tires of waiting for the AJ fight, you'll call him a coward. If he sits still and waits you say 'he's not a fighting man'.
Well, actually, whatever he does, you'll call him both !

That’s the problem right there though, Fury is waiting for Hearn to deliver the AJ fight. What are Arum, Top Rank and Warren doing to deliver their fighter the super fight other than scratch their balls and leave it all to Hearn?

Well, I think that's because Hearn has mentioned figures that they simply cannot match. And don't pretend to be able to, at the moment.
They've been giving him his chance to shine, begrudgingly perhaps, and, yes, he keeps saying he's the only one doing anything. Hearn can't have it both ways. He wants the credit for doing the work, then fine, when he delivers it we'll all give him a huge round of applause.

Either way, if Arum and Top Rank and Warren are crap, which seems likely, I fail to see why Tyson Fury should be accused of "not wanting it".

Honestly, if Fury, Arum and Warren were really not wanting this AJ fight all along, I think we'd already be seeing Fury lined up to fight Wilder or someone in May.
There's no way they've wasted all these months simply to pretend they are wanting it.

Fury took Wilder on without a proper tune-up fight.

AJ was busy talking about splits and percentages. Fury stepped up and went to America.
