Why doesn't Haye get the credit he deserves for beating Valuev for a Title?

Because K2 fans are angry to him.

He disrespected Waldo (and is real threat to brothers) and they can’t forgive him. So they **** on his every achievement until such time when one of the brothers manages to beat him.

After that they will respect his achievements to boost Klitchkos resume.

Other than KlitItes I think people recognize and respect Hayes achievements

Haye ran like a little girl for 12 rounds and threw only one punch. That's why he gets no credit.

Wlad threw like 2000000 jabs in that fight. You can't compare 2000000000 to 11. I don't care if they were all jabs.

It seems Haye has named his gloves Vitali and Wladimir. Which is which?

Because Holyfield did more or less the same thing earlier.

I rank it as a good, B-win over a top 10 heavyweight. But, Valuev's formidability and luster were severely depleted after the Holyfield fight, and that is hard to argue.

A 46 year old Evander Holyfield beat Valuev in better fashion.....than David Haye.

People discredit Valuev because he was a weak champion. Even the most ardent Haye fans admit as much. The man had been beaten up by a 43 year old Evander Holyfield. He lost to Chagaev. Most people thought he also lost to Ruz. He hadn't had a KO in 4 years. As a title holder, he was the 7th ranked heavyweight according to Ring magazine. Really, there's a reason why the Haye was favored in the fight. It was not a particularly impressive win.

Even people who bash him respect his accomplishments at cruiserweight. The truth is he hasn't done much at heavy other than make a lot of money.

To be fair, Wlad vs. Iggy was just as unwatchable. Those two fights were arguably the worst heavyweight bout of the last decade.

Holyfield deserved that ****ing win, I was so pissed off with the result I just wanna see Valuev get knocked out. I think Evander would have been content and retired on that win as world champ.

Haye got close, maybe Vitali can bash the **** up.
