This guy is a GREAT fighter. Yet no one seems to know him out there. The odds in the mayweather fight seem a bit off to me. I know he is moving up in class, and Mayweather is the bigger guy but people forget that mayweather is a counter puncher and JMM does very well against good counter punchers. He also has the heart of a champion. I think he got robbed against Chris John too.

Im thinking about putting a little on him.

He does get respect, if you know a solid operator when you see one.

Robbi lol that avatar is out of control man.

This may be marquez's only shot at the p4p 1 'title'. He'll fight to win or go down trying. And it will not be a snooze fest as some people are claiming.

I think that JMM will put a better fight than most Floyd fans think "Floyd KO6 JMM"

I respect JMM. I think he beat Pac in the rematch as well. He's a great fighter one of the best of his era. I think he will lose to PBF but it still won't think any less of him.

I deffinetly should have used the word ENOUGH isntead of ANY in the title.

But Im going to put some money down on marquez as we speak.

JMM is well respected in the boxing community. However, he isn't going to be favored by Vegas because he is fighting a higher ranked boxer.

The question is will Floyd even put up a fight? I think not. Marquez likes to brawl. Floyd doesn't.

I think floyd is way too slow paced. I donno tho we will see.

Mayweather will beat Marquez. I don't think Marquez will be able to stand up to the underrated power that Mayweather possesses. He's not a chilling puncher by any means, but he's got enough to floor Marquez or possibly knock him out. Pacquaio had Marquez down four times over two fights, and Barrera also had him down. IMO, Marquez's speed will diminish further with a move up past 140lbs. Mayweather's speed also has a questioning mark surrounding it after being inactive for around a year and a half. He's also not a spring chicken anymore at 32. He's still fresh though, it must be said.

Bad career decisions & whining when he doesn't get the win doesn't help.

Remember that betting odds aren't meant to predict the probable outcome of the fight; they're meant to predict the probable betting trends (including those betting with their hearts rather than their heads).
