USADA is a joke, at least in terms of boxing. I don't follow other sports and am unsure if USADA is involved elsewhere, but I doubt they would be destroying samples and what not.

 

Because Winky was shot to pieces and Quillin looked frightened to death of him the entire time.

 

Winky was shot but he's still not an easy fight. I give him credit for it.

 

IIRC it was worse. "There was not enough time to inform them properly". Maybe Quillin didn't know what he can and cannot munch? That's so unfair to him.
