Why doesn't Margarito go up to 154?

Paul is easily the legit number 2 WW AT LEAST.

Who would Paul need to beat, you aren't going to say beating Quitana, Judah, Berto/Collazo winner is worthy of a rematch.

And thats all Williams can fight because Arum is pushing him out of the division by not letting his fighters fight Williams.

Arum is protecting his fighters and Margo has turned into a money first fighter, and Margo is in no rush to want to rematch Williams.

 

oh so when Margarito wasn't a "HUGE" fight for Mayweather and didn't have a following, Mayweather was ducking him.

but now that Margarito doesn't think Williams is a "HUGE" fight.. it makes sense??

 

My answer is simply Margarito already fought Paul he did not duck him, since their fight Margarito has moved on to bigger better things and has accomplished much more than what Paul has since.

He can fight Clottey, he can fight Berto there are two options there for him, I am sure Margarito wants that IBF title back and I dont think he will mind picking up the WBC title neither, truth is there are fights there for Paul at 147 if he just make up his mind and stay at WW.

Truth is Paul didnt move up IMO becuase he felt there was no fight with Margarito, Paul has moved up in weight becuase Paul cant dehydrate himself down to 147 as easily as he once could.

Paul moved up in weight because No one in the top 5 will fight him. (Not the fighters themselves but the promoter)

Mosley has expressed 0 interest in fighting Williams. And the rest of the top 5 is promoted by Arum.

Arum is ducking WIlliams for his fighters. Margo and Cotto are more than happy with Arums decision.

 

The fact is, Williams is recognized as the true number 2 by ring magazine, why do you think they aren't allowing Mosley vs Margo to count for the title?

Arum has successfully pushed Williams out of the division. So Margo fans can breathe easy knowing that their boy isn't threatened till he can't make weight anymore.
