Why doesn't the WBC order a final eliminator for Wilder's belt?

Unfortunatly thats not his argument its a fact. Stiverne as mando is a joke but it was what it was. The WBC are a joke.

Financially it would be feasible to pay Breazeale step-aside money, as the purses of Wilder vs. Fury + a potential rematch are magnitudes larger than the measly $1.5 million Wilder vs. Breazeale would generate.

Not saying Breazeale did in fact get paid (I don't know) but it would make sense.

Have you heard Breazeale complain? He’s probably being taken care of with step-aside money.

Breazeale was announced as the final eliminator bc it was against Stiverne until he pulled out.

The WBC didn't want Breazeale to potentially knock out wilder bc hes would be the hardest puncher he faced and it comes at 6'8 with a chip on his shoulder.

WBC just waits things out, plays games and lets Wilder do what he wants.

Now theres Fury who is a larger fight ,so wilder losing doesn't damage them and they have rematch clauses.

WBC will always be a problem with actually getting a Joshua fight but getting wilder out of there is the first step so hopefully fury knocks him out or gets a CLEAR UD ...one that cant rob him.

To be fair, the Joe Louis "bum of the month" club was a huge misnomer. Many of those fighters were fairly consensus top 10 hws. The phrase was more of a dubious sportswriters judgment on the comparative quality of the top ten of the era to other eras, very unfairly, imo.

So, its a different situation. It's not as if Wilder is fighting the best available, but they are just of questionable quality. It's that, at least up until Ortiz, he just wasn't fighting the best available, but sub top ten hws.

Not true.Statement of WBC was "even if Whyte wins, that doesn't mean that he will fight with Wilder".The only 1 thing Hearn wanted, was to have the guarantee, that this fight will be the last before Wilder.

Need to worry about Joshua fighting his mandatories.
