He's just a naturally tall and thin guy and doesn't have the natural bulk of other super heavies like Wlad or Joshua who have 15-20lbs on him. While he would benefit from a good strength coach to add mass, especially to his lower body, I don't think that would be optimal. It would be much more beneficial to spend his time and efforts on ironing out his technical flaws and improving his skills, doesn't matter how big and strong you are if you lack the skills to use it.
