Aside from the obvious ie. Bum Squad's brain being the size of a tangerine, his mouth being the size of a small planet, and his propensity for saying the dumbest **** and talking about wanting live bodies on his record - hardly anyone knew who he was until The Gypsy King dragged him out of the shadows into the limelight. Bum Squad was so unknown and insignificant prior the Gypsy King dragging him from obscurity he had to piggyback off The Gypsy King's fame, gift of the gab, charisma and salesman skills to make him a star (albeit a very dimly lit one) in his own country lol. Pre-Fury Bum Squad could literally walk down any street in the US outside of Tuscaloosa without being recognized by a single soul, even if said single souls were hardcore boxing fans lol.

And the first time he showed up on the most people's radar he needed a gift draw from the judges to avoid taking his first L despite the fact he was facing the 40% drug-ravaged inactive suicidal shell of Fury's decrepit grandfather's shot ghost lol
