We haven't had a black heavyweight with elite triangle numbers in a long time.

well I prefer NFL personally even though I'm from Europe but it's hard to say who is better when you can not match the guys against each other so the discussion is somehow pointless. Soccer is more global sport and black and white people play on even terms I guess it's the case for more sports if you exclude 100m, swimming, cycling that are more dominated by one race or another due to some morphological factors

LeBron James would be the greatest Heavyweight champion ever if he had been steered that far.

We dominating for so long we just decided that we would give the white boys a go, while we pursue other ventures. so get off of our back wonderbread...

.. lol seriously though, black people as a whole don't care about boxing as much as they did before. There just enough athletically big black dudes who would be willing to go into boxing, when they could go for the more "celebrated" football and basketball, which you get a lot more out of it. Sure if you don't make it to the NFL, you can make to college... can't do that with boxing.

He's shown killer instinct and definitely has the work ethic. As with all fighters, you need to see a world class chin, but his triangle numbers are too good.

People think the K bros are athletic....but they are only athletic compared to the guys that they are fighting. A guy like LeBron James is bigger, stronger, and faster than them with cat like reflexes..Like a superheavyweight Roy Jones.

I don't think he'd have the heart for it. I'm just being real, a guy like wade would do better. LeBron gives up too much when it gets tough in basketball games, what would he do in a boxing match if it got tough?

Game 5 vs Detroit says other wise. The guy has killer instinct. Hell, late against Boston and Chicago he got it done.

All i can say is, Things change. I believe that something or someone goes down just as fast as he came up. Most stuff in the world is all about Hype. Once hype is gone we say "god i miss what we used to do back then, this new stuff is boring" .. Honestly.. i feel bad myself cause i agree with you guys.. what i dont agree is why does sport have to be entirely about money and fame? I saw a comment saying 90% of Boxers are poor. Please, define 'poor' cause Low rank pros in their first fight get easy £1K - £2K per fight and fight 2-3 times a month, if your good you rank up and get paid higher. Isn't £3K a month good enough for you? God i would live with £1K a month as long as i could be the best Boxer ever. I don't give a **** bout the fame, bout the money. Its personal achievement and the thing i love most. Stop turning sport into business
