Why don't British boxers get better quality sparring?

When you consider that Paul Smith was wasting his time using David Brophy as a sparring partner, Paul Butler is basing himself on a continent with practically zero SFW's that are world class, Yafai does the same etc, why are British fighters so seemingly willing to upsticks and do training camps abroad with top quality sparring?

Cant help but think youre having a needless dig at Brophy just to get a rise from Billy , Brophys a good lad who lives the life and cant be that bad when his services are getting requested from all Smith Bros and George Groves and James Degale

There is plenty of good sparring around in the UK, though obviously the numbers suggest a trip to the USA would be beneficial for most simply because its a bigger place with more of every level of fighter. Again the wee men would probably benefit from South American or Asian trips.
I'd imagine money and time is the simple reason why more don't do it.
