Bradley isn't big enough, and Pac is too busy for that. The guy doesn't even live in the US, is a politician and a national hero, don't think he wants to go to US to sort all those details out when he just get a promoter who's served him well to do it. He literally only comes to the US for his 8 week training camp and most of the time, some of those weeks is spent in Philippines.
