Why don't Mcgirt's fighters listen to him, or wind up leaving him?

This was actually the only fight I've ever seen where he did give pretty good advice, and try to WILL his fighter on to be honest. In the early rounds when he was talking about the jab I was about to lose control, but he gave some good advice afterwards.

McGirt was overrated as a fighter, but as a trainer he is good. Maybe he just has high demands for his fighters.

Because he attempts to drown his fighters in the ring in order to win the event

Its the otherway around buddy. Good fighter, not so good trainer.
