Why don't the guys that hold the mitts during workouts get credit?

During mitt workouts, why don't the guys holding the mitts get credit. I mean it takes skill to choreograph the movements of the mitts to match the combination that the boxer is about to execute. Fans always say, "damn, that dude has fast hands, referring to the boxer. However the guy across from him also needs enough hand speed to match the combos thrown at him....Roger "Crack" Mayweather is master at it...In my opinion, not all trainers are good enough to do mitt-work with their respective boxers...:think

Everyone who has done it knows mitt-work is the most difficult aspect of routine boxing workouts and the one that can make you look quite the novice.
