Why don't the likes of Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder have the Mike Tyson fear factor?

Mike was from one of the roughest sections in one of the toughest cities in the U.S. and was scary inside and outside the ring. Neither one of these guys is very intimidating outside the ring. You think Charlie Zelenoff wouldve stepped to a coked up borderline insane 25 year old mike tyson? I think not.

AJ and Wilder don't look like convicted killers, that's why.

The likes of Alex Stewart, Henry Tillman, Bruce Seldon feared Tyson for sure.

Because Tyson was nearly untouchable in his prime. Wilder and Joshua, however, have taken a couple of big knuckle sandwiches.

Joshua gives off a friendly giant vibe. He comports himself like a 21st century version of Primo Carnera, right down to the cheesy toothy grin he's always sporting and the constant posing of beach muscles.

    Wilder is just a clown.

That as well. He's such a poseur that I'm amazed anyone believes any of his schtick. He's fake through and through.

I dunno about outside of the ring but fighters are terrified once they get in the ring with Joshua

Imagine Mike Tyson pulling off these kinds of sweet moves:

Wilder was knocked out by a cruiserweight in the ams, and knocked down by cab driver Scorniers. Hardly terrifying. AJ was wobbled by Whyte and knocked down by Wlad. Unlike Mike Tyson, AJ looks beatable if his chin is found.
