why exagerate what cenelo did?

I agree he won a close fight but he didn't put on a clinic like Rigo did last week, that's ridiculous.

 

I dont think alot of people posting about the fight have actually seen it yet..

They are just jumping on bandwagons and throwing out opinions for the sake of looking knowledgeable

Yeah, I could've seen a 114-113 Trout victory. It wasn't a masterclass. Both showed they are quality fighters, but it wasn't anything really special all-around.

 

the thing about last nights fight is that Trout came in the same fighter he's always been. Canelo grew and evolved in so many dimensions.

The match was close (i had it 114-113 to canelo), but nobody can argue that canelo came out with a new arsenal

 

Dude he ****ing dominated this fight was not at all close, no biased scoring allot of biased commentary.

Look at rounds 5,6 how can you give those to Trout? yet the commentary tries to make a case Trout didnt land **** in that round.
then you have 7 which was a clear round for Canelo, included a knock down by the end of the round Showtime wants you to think Trout did enough to get it back to 10-9

Rewatchin it not in the 9th I had only given trout the 2nd round and the 4th...

No snap in Trouts shots allot of arm punches he is pushing his punches while missing his shots...

Canelo wasnt fighting in spots or taking rounds off he was baiting in Trout the entire time making him miss knowing that he could create bigger openings making Trout miss like that.

great performance I would really like to see Mayweather fight this kid the fight would be huge

 

What shocked me is people who gave Trout round 11, those people can't be taken seriously.

 

These people are so worried for the future of the sport that they're willing to lower their standards and accept a still raw, limited talent.And it sounds a lot better to say that he dominated Trout (a good, but not exceptional talent) rather than acknowledge he barely edged him in a fairly underwhelming performance.

The 116-111 card was on the money, and the fight really could be scored no closer than 115-112 Alvarez.

It wasn't Canelo's effectiveness that was getting exaggerated last night; it was Trout's.
