Why Floyd avoid or won't talk to ESPN or any other nationally credible news source?

Is it because he cannot control the content or the questions. That's why he prefers to talk to his "friends" at FightHype.com(Chris Robinson/Ben Thompson).

Narcissists generally want to script things in their favor, which is why he wouldn't want anotherBrian Kenny or R.A. The Rugged Man scenario with Smith, who would tell the truth about his "friend" and embarrass him on national television.

There is no one in boxing media that has the balls to get the real stories from any fighter or promoter (not just Floyd) They have no balls because they fear for their job. Don't even try to bring up Teddy Atlas either... he backed off of those "Manny emails" in an awful hurry. Even if he has the stones to do it, he isn't smart enough to actually put a valid case together. Instead he just yells "CORRUPTION IN BOXING"

A bunch of nutless job protectors.

He does talk...on Instagram and Twitter. He'd whoop PAC from South America to china in Twitter.

How and can he really avoid ESPN if he wanted to? What questions would they ask that haven't been asked for the last 5 years? You can't ask a new question involving those two.. Plus he can always use one of his question avoiding answers that everyone that does interviews use.. Like Pac's "depends on my promoter Bob Arum" question dodging answer...

There's really no need for him to talk to anybody. Essentially he works for himself. He doesn't work for a league like the NFL or NBA. He doesn't have to answer to sponsors. You can argue he works for Showtime, but they already guarantee his wage and give him consent to make a mockery out of their documentary program "All-Access".

He knows if he goes on a legitimate outlet, he'll be asked about Manny, domestic violence, and the staged propaganda.

After seeing what happened with Rachel Nichols, I doubt he'll ever talk to anyone outside Fighthype or his favored ESPN "journalist" Dan Rafael.

For those that are clueless, Floyd Mayweather subcribes to the Ray Leonard form of matchmaking for himself. He wont fight any threat if there is siginificant money to make fighting a lesser threat.
The only reason he fought Canelo was because his fight previous did poor ppv numbers and Showtime was'nt happy with them.

If Pacquiao does'nt bow down to make significantly less than Mayweather the fight will never happen.
Right now Mayweather still has money making options in fighting Khan or even moving up to fight at 154 lbs in rematches with Cotto or Canelo.

One thing is certain, Mayweather wont fight Pacquiao unless its his only money making option and Pacquiao bows down financially.

What Floyd should say when asked about Pacquiao: "Depends on his promoter"
