You act like Golovkin wasn't willing to make concessions to Cotto or Martinez which as we both know is utter BS.

Hell, Golovkin made concessions to Canelo before he was even champ by not trying to force through a fight with Cotto because he thought Alvarez was a man of his word and would step up and face him if he won the title. He's then bitched out multiple times to run the devil's gauntlet of Amir Khan and Liam Smith. Who's next Brian Rose?

Well yeah because those guys you just lested wanted nothing to do with Golovkin and it's the same with Canelo all that all about coming down in weight to his dumb catch weight is just pointless as he wanted nothing to do with GGG.
I've read on here before that talk means very little in boxing which is so true,Canelo,Saunders and recently Eubank jnr all reeled off talk about facing Golovkin but there actions would indicate the opposite,mark my words Canelos next opponent will be a real soft touch at 160 which I'm fine with as long as it's geared towards a fight with GGG next fall,lol can't believe I just said that,who arranges to fight a year from now?

 

Lol GGGs resume looks so much better when you add Sturm,Cotto,Martinez,Saunders,Eubank and Canelo to the list,OK I'm just messing but Golovkin has all the top names beaten without ever facing em?

I don't think that's it. I think Floyd/Nelo fans are fans of the business side of boxing more than they are the fighting side. They love the athletes who make the most money. I think it also might be that they think Floyd's tag style is "pure" boxing and Pacquiao or Golovkin's aggressive knock you out style is untalented cavemen flailing. In short, they are sick in the head and I wouldn't be surprised if they voted for Trump because they want to watch the world burn.

 

Same. I think Golovkin is awesome and I admire his goal for all of the belts. I hope he gets it.
