Here's my question for you about that theory, Mayweather is a WW,Canelo to this point a JMW, and Golovkin a MW. How would a possible win by the MW over a JMW effect a WWs win over that same JMW?

I didn't say their reasoning was rational did I? But it doesn't mean that's not what a lot of them are thinking.

yeah that would be too much as they couldn't bring up his resume,it's not just Floyd fans though is it,even Mayweather himself doesn't want the fight to happen for more or less the same reason.

So you seriously don't think Canelo will last the twelve rounds?
I suppose when you think an aged Cotto could take Canelos shots then Golovkin could just end it like he did Brook?

Yep exactly and on the second point, not a chance the fight goes the distance, and add to that GGG is also more offensively skilled than any fighter Canelo has faced, he'd walk right through him.

Basically your assuming that's why people like Alvarez I've never seen a "Floyd" fan ever say that those that do support him do so for the reasons I listed. All the Floyd stuff is brought up by "haters".

Maybe it's you guys who think GGG beating a guy from a lower division would male him greater than the guy who moved up to his 5th division.

It doesn't matter how they so it for example Crawford beating saying Thurman is greater than Andrade beating him regardless of how it was done.

Better question. Why are Pac's fans throwing support behind GG?

This is the real issue because they immediately left that man high and dry before the 10th round. They jumped on the GGG , Kovalev, Loma train. Kovalev may lose to Ward so you hear nothing about that, Loma got bullied by Salido so his pedigree is in question, and lastly that leaves GGG who the same people wanted Floyd to fight him. WHO NECKS?!!

I'll be interested who Oscar lines up at middleweight for Canelo as in his last few fights Canelo has just looked beyond them as if he was 100% certain Qq1q1 couldn't lose,if he gets Saunders that could be a huge mistake as Saunders knocked Lee down early and schooled Eubank for seven rounds out of twelve,if Saunders is on form he could buzz round round Canelo like a fly?

I'm must be in the minority since I liked em both,I see Arum is on form saying the Vargus fight will not be repeated a week later on HBO?

If Canelo goes down as an ATG obviously it boosts Floyds standing.

I just wanna see the best fight the best.

    I know what Canelo means.

You must have missed where he was complaining about someone using "childish names" or "school yard names" about fighters, then he proceeded to call Saul by his "school yard name" or "nickname" ...

I just found it funny !

because ggg fights like a fighter, like manny used to. they are 2 of the most exciting fighters to ever put on some gloves, why wouldnt somebody go from being a fan of manny to following ggg the same way?

No. It actually happened when GGG said he would go to 154 to fight Floyd, that's when the whole " Floyd ducked GGG" Movement started, and the Pacturds jumped on the GGG, bandwagon. It really doesn't have much to do with what you just said.
