    :yep Maybe he should've jacked up on some of Floyd's Xylocaine shortly before the fight and on some of Floyd's roids weeks before to help speed up the recovery process and heal it sooner.

    Because according to Pacquiao fans the NSAC testing was more than adequate.

    Pacquiao fans questioning the illegitimacy of USADA is laughable considering they didn't think Pacquiao needed to any extra testing outside the standard commission protocol.
