Why Floyd isnt tested by VADA?

Vada doesn't test, anything ever and neither does usada. They collect the samples and wada affiliated labs do the testing.

It's also a point of pride that one of their board of directors is Dr. Catlin, you know the man who invented the CIR test. Yea, that test that detects synthetic testosterone. VADA is a big proponent of the CIR test and use it as a frontline weapon. That's why doping experts like Heredia and his customers Floyd and JMM, avoid that test like the ****ing plague, and by extension anything to do with VADA.
