Sugar Hill and the Father gone will be two big positives and a good start for Fury to try and get revenge over Usyk,if not it’s hard to see anything different unless Fury manages to box out his skin ala Wilder 2,otherwise It’s hard to see past anything other than an Usyk win .
Tyson Fury has stated he is not going to box Usyk for the rematch He is going to come for him. Mano a mano. Do we think he will?
He's going to do the same as last time, but he will fight harder and dirtier inside F..k it, I'm favouring him. Usyk comes from behind to beat bellew types and struggles with chisora. This dude was clueless in the middle rounds Fury wide on points
Rewatched the first fight at the weekend. Between rounds, Fury had Sugar-Hill trying to give instructions in his left ear while John yelled almost continuously in his right ear. It must have been a relief to hear the bell so he could get away from it.
Just more BS excuses being ladled on by Fury since losing. Pathetic. Fury claimed his preparations were fine going into the fight - and straight after the fight he made no claims otherwise to contradict that position. Now he’s trying to blame and exaggerate the negative impact of the cut on his ability to properly prepare - that cut actually gave him a much needed extension of time in the first place to better prepare himself. Fury got belted plenty enough during the fight and that cut did not reopen. Exactly. Fury also claimed he was going to knock Usyk “spark out” the first time around but it was Olek who started far more aggressively, landing hard and hurtful shots, keeping Fury on the back foot, moving him around. A 16 inch cut? Lol. If he’s talking a cranial circumcision cut and resulting scar, then that number wouldn’t be too far off the mark.
You realise 16 inches is probably wider than his actual head. A simple Google image search will show you the cut it was half the width of his eyelid and probably not even 1.6 inch. Anyways back to your opinion, I think that's the best we have seen from Fury in quite a while and I don't think he gets any better than that now. I think Usyk has more gears than Fury and if we see the same Usyk then I can't see anything else but another Usyk win. I said before the 1st fight I can't see anything Fury does better than Usyk. If I'm wrong and it's a great fight that Fury wins then I can live with that.
It's gonna be very interesting here if Fury pulls it off. He's definitely skilled enough despite the delusional people claiming the opposite. If Fury wins it'll likely be by mid-late stoppage. He'll need to tweak his inside fighting game and have a solid counter to deter Usyks overhand left.
