He shows you that if you work semi hard (not very hard obviously as he has a tubby body! If he worked hard he would be a JMW or even WW, lots of fat on him) that you can achieve a mediocre return.

Claim to fame, almost beat choc, but never did never will!

 

Refreshing to see a modest well presented bloke who lets his fist's do the talking,well done Daniel,and did you notice he was sparring with Bika he's another bloke Mandy is **** scared of,been avoiding Bika for many years you can add him to the list of fighters he has ran like a frightened girl from.!!!!!!

I see last night a body of a Man was found in the Yarra River,he was wearing a woman's wig fish net stocking's and a Mini skirt and had a huge Dildo still stuck up his ass,He also had an "I Love Mundine" T- shirt on.

Police said the body has been identified but they removed the "I Love Mundine" T-Shirt so it would not cause his Family any embarressment.!!!!

Do you not think that Geale must be lazy in training? Do you think he could lose a few kg and easily fight at JMW or WW?
Not taking the ****, he looks tubby to me at all times

 

He certainly doesn't look as athletic as plenty of other fighters, and his waist line isn't as slim as it probably could be either.

It doesn't seem to hinder him in the ring though, I don't recall seeing him ever run out of steam in the later rounds. He's usually as busy in the 12th as he is in the 1st.
I saw him spar Ryan Waters (Ryans prep for Mandy) and after the 12 rounds, Ryan was gasping for breath sitting on the Gym floor, Geale went on to do a 30-40min exercise regime immediately after.
I had a yack to him afterwards and he was breathing as normal as I was.

All our bodys are different and Perhaps Geales works at it's best at that weight. You'd imagine his team have that area covered and would encourage a weight change if they thought there was room for improvement.

Could he make JMW or WW? I guess he could, but as I said above, he might not be at his best there.

Calzaghe didn't didn't have a great physique either.
