You kidding Gomez is the BOMB time to end the reign of Cotto with the little mexican engine that can! Gomez will fight till his heart explodes he has never faced any1 who fights with such a aggressive outlook on boxing! Gomez will win on POINTS

 

Eze your starting to get ridiculous with your Mayweather propoganda. If your on his payroll, there has to be better things to do with your time. If not, your working for free.

Mayweather is in the most packed division in boxing and he is fighting DLH, a shamefull choice. Hows that for bad selection?

 

Gomez is superior to Margarito, De La Hoya, Clottey, or Cintron. He's an elite fighter who is probably a little below the Duran that beat Leonard. Bob Arum doesn't realize this though, so he'll be in for a shocker when Cotto is brutally beaten.

Its a stay busy fight leading up to Cotto vs Margarito everyone knows that.

Yea DLH is better than Gomez but its a big money fight for Floyd so its worth the minimal risk that it presents

Cotto is taking an easy fight (which I think is too easy) so he looks sensational and Floyd may choose him later this year.

Both are making cowardly moves and Im disgusted all the way around. Its no way for the two best fighters in the best division in boxing to act, and I don't give either a pass. But fundamentaly there is no difference between Floyd and Miguel's punk moves.

It damm sure ain't the 80's anymore.

 

On a more serious note, Gomez is a stay-busy fight, but I'm less than pleased with the selection. Arum should have made Cotto/Clottey while Cintron and Margarito fight. Then the winners could face off in a unification match.

Let's hope Cotto beats Gomez in impressive fashion to set up bigger matchups later in the year. And adding to that, hopefully Arum is willing to give us unification.
