Why has Froch always been scared to move up?

How about Froch v Fonfara at catch weight, open air in Nottingham. I would PPV for that. A guaranteed crowd pleaser.

 

I dont know if its anything to do with being scared or not, but I seem to recall something being said about rematching Pascal at LHW and I doubt that will happen.
I think Froch has, like Ward been able to do well at SMW, while I think it is at a weakish time.
A competition created an interest and hype in the division when I think it was at a weaker time and it was probably in his interest to stay there
