Like Alexander, they peaked very early with a couple big wins. Will never live up to the career trajectory it appeared as though they were on.

Also, Garcia is absolutely terrible at cutting off the ring.

 

Thurman would piece Garcia up, stop him late. Peterson landed some bombs on Garcia late in the fight and if he had any power, Danny would have at least tasted the canvas.

 

He was never brilliant even though Mathysse was a great win.

He struggled with Theoplane, Holt and Morales. Old Judah had good spells against him. Garcia struggles when his opponents don't stand and trade with him and isn't good enough yet at walking opponents down. He is too left hook reliant and needs to develop his jab and right hand more.
