Why has Kessler always gotten more admiration on ESB than Froch?

    Froch has the better resume by far, fought the better comp .....finished the super six tourney and was a finalist. Has the balls to face anyone anywhere without excuses or bull****....cant say the same, Im sorry for Kessler, and by the wayI had Froch winning a close one when he fought Kessler.

    In spite of the excitement and guts displayed by Froch, its seem Kessler gets all the adulation and admiration arond here. Why? is Kessler more colorful .....charismatic.....I favor Froch and by a long shot, mans a bad ass.

    the most underrated realy good fighter England,/Europe has and yet not nearly the hype Kessler gets, imagine if it had been him who had blown Bute to bits the madness around here would be greater than the CURRENT love affair with GGG. wHAT GIVES?

    PS FROCH ALSO DIDNT GET RIPPED TO PIECES ALA KESSLER BY WARD, JUST TO ADD A POINT.

    Kessler got a ton of man love after his valiant effort against Calzaghe

    Howevvvva.... Froch's easily one of the most respected fighters around here

    Kessler's more glossy, graceful, better looking - things that can make you come across more elite

    Froch is more of a mans man - a workhorse - gives off an aura of being less skillful than Kessler and more or a slugger

    Two highly respected fighters here on ESB, just admired in different ways

    false, froch is one of esb's favorite son's, even after losing to kessler and ward. yet, the bute win seems to have propelled him to atg status

    Kessler's been in the spotlight longer...

    Froch started getting his due after he KO'd Taylor in the 12th in dramatic and brutal fashion.

    Some people got turned off by Froch vs. Dirrell.

    Plus he beat Froch H2H.

    The real question is why both seem to get more admiration than Ward from many people on this site.

    Froch and Kessler are people's champs. Ward won't leave his own country and that is something that fightfans hates.
    + They have personalities and their styles makes better fights. Ward is kinda boring. I mean he beat both fair and square but he isn't the coolest cat in the game..

    Froch and Kessler have more fan friendly styles, plus I think the whole SOG thing irks some peeps

    Even when these "iron chinned warriors" get beaten up by the "stay at home frauds"?

    Also, in Frochs first 26 fights he fought outside of the UK twice.

    In Kesslers first 26 fights he fought outside of Denmaek once.

    Ward has fought outside of the US twice already.

    So,for the same time scale, Ward has travelled just as much as Froch, and twice as much as Kessler!:hi:
