Turned down isnt the same as ducked though. Marg rejected the 4 mil Paul offered but i wouldnt say he is ducking him though. Marg might want more or whatever i dont know what the case of why he is not taking the 4 mil. But like i said im not going to say Marg is ducking paul. At one time winky turned down 6 mil for DLH but i wouldnt say he ducked him. There is a difference

 

He didn't lose the first time against Santos, it was a no contest. The first two losses can't be justified, he could have rematched those guys anyway even if he was 18 or 19, but let's push those aside. Rodney Jones was active all the way till last year with zero rematch attempts there as well and as far as I know it's Santos and Williams sending offers when it's supposed to be the other way around Lance.
